Thank you to the Midknights team and everyone I met at Nickelodeon Animation Studios! We did it! HUZZAH!
When I parked my car in the Nickelodeon Garage for the first time, I sat there for a solid 10 minutes terrified. I was a fresh college graduate going straight into a studio that has impacted my entire childhood and was hired to work on a show that is has the potential to impact someone's childhood. I had no clue whether to scream from excitement or cry from the unrealistic internal pressure I was putting on myself.
I quickly found that I would end up smiling and belly laughing from joy during my time at Nickelodeon Animation Studios.
The team I was a part of are some of the kindest people I've ever met. From the Executive Producers to IT, each person I came in contact with were helpful and truly made me and every new person that came in welcomed. I learned so much in a short period of time and became a much more efficient artist while also improving my CG skills and capabilities.
I spent almost 10 months at Nickelodeon Animation Studios. Every moment, online and in-person, was filled with passion and collaboration like I've never seen or felt before. I was lucky to be a part of this team. Congrats to us Midknights!
